Shipping Policies


We process and ship orders Monday through Thursday (excluding Friday, weekends and holidays.)  We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt, but this is not guaranteed.

Please keep in mind when choosing your shipping speed that non-refrigerated items will be shipped AS IS regardless of the temperature outside. If you would like to request additional Ice Packs to an order that has items that do not need to be refrigerated, then you will need to order them through our online store (search the word Ice Pack). Please note that there is an additional cost for each ice pack added.


**Once your order is placed YOU CAN NOT make any changes or additions.**


NOTE: Once the shipment has left our facility YOU the customer are responsible for filing claims with carriers regarding ANY lost and/or damaged items.


Probiotic Shipping

Policy for Temperature Sensitive Probiotics:  When an order containing refrigerated probiotics is received on Thursday or Friday the order will be held for processing until Monday. Shipments containing probiotics will be released Monday-Wednesday.  2nd Day Air shipping is recommended.  We will not automatically restrict your shipping choices, and will honor the method selected.  However, please understand that failure to select  an expedited shipping speed verifies that you are assuming full responsibility for the condition of the delivered product.

Shipping Carriers and Rates**

We currently ship via UPS ONLY.  Shipping charges are based on published UPS quotes achieved through real time calculations of:

  1. Desired delivery speed
  2. Address information
  3. Weight of purchased products

Current domestic shipping speeds once the product has been shipped:

  • UPS Ground: 2-6 Business Days
  • UPS 3 Day Select: 3 Business Days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days
  • UPS Next Day Air:  1 Business Day

Business Days are Monday - Thursday.

Days That Are Excluded From Shipping are - Fridays, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.


Free Shipping

Orders that qualify for free shipping may only be shipped using standard UPS Ground service.  Upgraded shipping speeds do NOT qualify for free shipping and will be charged according to calculated UPS rates.

Split Shipments/Back Orders/Out of Stock Items

It is important to note that items listed on the website may be temporarily out of stock. Any items that are out of stock will be refunded to your order. We will mark the invoice with an "OUT OF STOCK" stamp. You will placed on a call list and we will notify you when the item(s) has/have been restocked. You will be responsible for placing a new supplement order for the item(s) that were previously out of stock. 

International Shipping

Bock Nutritionals ships internationally via UPS.  Shipping charges are based on published UPS quote achieved through real time calculations of:

  1. Desired delivery speed
  2. Address information
  3. Weight of purchased products

Shipping Speed: UPS Worlwide Expedited

*Please note that if you are placing an international order for the first time with Bock Nutritionals, then you will receive an email requesting that you sign and date our International Shipping Agreement before your order can be shipped.

International orders will NOT be split into separate shipments.  Orders will only be released when all purchased items are in stock.   For larger orders, processing time may take up to 15 business days based on product availability.

  • Additional duties and customs fees may be charged by the importing country. Bock Nutritionals is not responsible for duties, customs, or any other misc fees.
  • Supplements are often restricted to "personal use" and may be held if over a three month supply.  Orders held for exceeding limitations will not be refunded.
  • Please check with your custom office regarding possible import restrictions before ordering.  Bock Nutritionals is not responsible for researching and informing the buyer of their specific customs regulations.  Orders that are refused delivery because of unauthorized substances will not be refunded.
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited is often delivered in 3-8 business days after processing, however, customs delays for deliveries can extend beyond 6 weeks.
  • Once shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery of your shipment and no refund will be given for lost, damaged or refused shipments.
  • Product names and prices will be listed on customs forms.  Shipments will be listed as "sales."
  • Due to possible delivery delays, Bock Nutritionals cannot be held responsible for the arrival condition of temperature-sensitive probiotics.
