Foundational Support w/o Copper & Iron
This is one of the better formulas I’ve found for a multivitamin to avoid the overkill toxic levels found in many other formulas. The two main areas for improvement are that the amount of chromium is way too high, shouldn’t be more than 15mcg per capsule and it’s 125. While an upper limit hasn’t been established, high intake of chromium from supplements can interfere with other medications and cause gastric distress. There should also be some K1 included, maybe 40mg per capsule. This would give the option of a minimal or more potent yet safe supplementation. I would also recommend reducing the vitamin C to 35 mg per capsule as it’s another one that can irritate the stomach, and reducing vitamin E to 12 IU per capsule. Increase folate to 200mcg per capsule, increase manganese to 1mg per capsule, reduce or remove vanadium, increase vitamin D to 1,000IU per cap. Lastly reduce pantothenic acid to 10mg per capsule.
